Rotaract is a global organisation that empowers students and young professionals to create positive change in their local communities and around the world. Rotaract provides unique opportunities that assist its members in becoming the business and professional leaders of tomorrow. We are Rotaract Club of Saraswati College, a youth organization, working towards the betterment of our world, effort by effort, shoulder to shoulder. Rotaract, the youth wing of Rotary International lives up to its motto of “fellowship through service” which has been our very aim from the very beginning.
We aim to bring change and impact, slowly and steadily one step at a time. We aim towards community and social service, not only locally but internationally. We build future leaders, bond and meet new people, and much more!
Objectives of Rotaract Club of Saraswati College:
- To develop professional and leadership skills.
- To emphasize respect for the rights of others, and to promote ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations.
- To provide opportunities for young people to address the needs and concerns of the community and our world.
- To provide opportunities for working in cooperation with sponsoring Rotary clubs.
- Recognize the dignity and value of all useful occupations as opportunities to serve.
- Provide opportunities for personal and group activities to serve the community and promote international understanding and goodwill to all people.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the needs, problems and opportunities in the community and worldwide.
