Duties and responsibilities of the committee/club

Faculty Advisor: Faculty Advisors assist with the activities of the team by providing encouragement, advice, and Faculty Advisor facilitates interactions between the team and the institution’s administration.
Team Captain: The role of the team captain is to lead, support, inspire and represent the members fairly and consistently at all times.
Team Manager: Team managers implement team goals or objectives, sets targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the member may also make strategies to ensure the team meets its goals.
Instead of having one large group, members organize into smaller system specific department. Each department have it’s own head that reports to the team The head for each department is responsible for managing and organizing his/her department. Department Head assign work and check the progress of members under them.
Powertrain Department: Powertrain department work on that component which will provide power to the Those components are engine, transmission, driveshaft and differential.
Chassis Department: Chassis Department design chassis which is main support structure of vehicle.
Suspension Department: Suspension department design and work on suspension system of vehicle which supports the vehicle, absorbs and dampens shocks.
Steering Department: Steering Department design and work on steering system of vehicle which is use to steer the vehicle.
Electrical Department: Electrical department work on Electric components of vehicle which are electric motor, battery, bms, charger, and wiring of these components.
Media Department: Media department develop and implement all targeted content for various media They research, write, proofread, and edit all media content, implement and manage media campaigns, and deliver public relations and communications plans.
Management Department: This department comes under team They helps with some of the administrative responsibilities, Manages finances, bookkeeping, Plans events such as the unveiling, banquets, recruitment events. They also negotiate with sponsors and gain more sponsor/sponsorships for the team.
